Welcome to rent this historic home with an outstanding location and magnificent sea views. The beach is only a five-minute walk away.

The 112 square meter two-storey house has a kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a library, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and sea views. The third bedroom has two single beds and views of the historical monument Cortijo de Torre. Wifi is available throughout the house. The terrace in front of the house has a spectacular see view and there is a separate toilet. Washing machine is in a separate laundry room nearby.

The garden is hilly and there are several stairs between the terraces and there are stairs also inside the house.

The house is just outside the village of La Mamola, which has small grocery stores, bars and restaurants and also a pharmacy, health centre and cash dispenser. The nearest larger town is Motril which offers all facilities, and which can be reached in 25 minutes by car. One of the world's most beautiful gardens, the world cultural heritage Alhambra, in Granada is an hour's drive away. Nearby is the Sierra Nevada National Park, which offers skiing during the winter. There are also countless hiking opportunities nearby. This area, known as the Costa Tropical, is less developed and quieter than its neighbor to the west, the Costa del Sol. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place. The only sound that can seem disturbing is when the waves hit the beach!

The easiest way to get to the house is to fly to Malaga and hire a car from there. The drive takes one and a half hours.
